3D Modeling/Drafting
Simpson Alloy Services offers 3D modeling on everything from a single part, to complete custom projects. This modeling lets you discover problems before any metal is cut, and is extremely useful in assuring everyone is on the same page before a project begins.
Heat Treat Experience
Three decades of Heat Treat experience means you can count our knowledge and capabilities with new furnaces, furnace repairs, furnace improvements, and replacement parts. SAS also manufactures and installs pusher furnaces, car bottom furnaces, and pit furnaces. Our experience includes working with gas fired burners, electrical elements, duct work, gas trains, thermal oxidizer repairs, and heat exchanger replacements.
Simpson Alloy Services Fan
SAS custom-designed recirculation fans, used in our new furnace designs, as well as retrofits for existing furnaces, offer efficiency. Their unique plug style design, means you can simply unhook the connection, unbolt the fan assembly from the furnace, then replace it with another unit. No re-lining or refractory work is needed to service the fan unit. This design allows for hot replacement with very little downtime. Currently. we offer a 18″ and 24″ fan in both paddle blade and pitched blade style. We also refurbish fans as needed.
